Kim Kardashian had a midday makeover yesterday, emerging after a workout looking preened to perfection.

Earlier in the day the reality star, 31, was pictured arriving at her gym make-up free and a little dowdy in her figure-hugging lycra workout gear.

But just hours later, Kim was spotted in Beverly Hills looking gorgeous in tiny shorts that flattered her figure.


Kim teamed her tiny sorts with a loose-fitting beige top with a keyhole cleavage neckline, a black blazer and heels.

The outfit flattered her curves and she attracted plenty of attention as she made her way down the street.

Kim was glamorous with perfectly coiffed hair and expertly applied make-up, completing the look with trademark oversize sunglasses.

Earlier, Kim looked completely different in her tight-fitting lycra gym gear.

With her hair pulled up into a ponytail and minimal make-up, she looked far from her glamorous self.

Kim failed to raise a smile during her two outings yesterday, perhaps following reports that she is considering moving home after a trespasser was found on her property last week.

According to TMZ, a stranger appeared at her Beverly Hills mansion last weekend with several suitcases and requested to stay in her home.

The website claims it was told by a source that police officers were called to the house and the man in question told them he had a job interview lined up with the reality star.

The man was reportedly given a trespassing warning by the police, who then allegedly drove him back to the airport so that he could book a flight home.

Kim was so frightened by the intrusion that she is reportedly looking into moving to a gated community.

The reality TV star is said to be checking out properties in upscale Los Angeles suburbs including Bel Air, and also at the popular Mulholland Estates.

In a sneak peek from Sunday's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York , the 31-year-old reality star reveals that, in less than 72 days, her feelings for ex-husband Kris Humphries changed.

She sobs: 'I feel awful that I made him move out here and change his whole life. I feel sad, I feel bad for the guy.'

After reflecting on her highly publicised, very expensive August 20 wedding, the diminutive star clearly can't cope with the depth of her feelings.

'He fell in love with me and I fell in love with him and now all my feelings have changed,' she cries.

'I invited all these people to this huge wedding and flew everyone out, wasted everyone's time and everyone's money - everyone's everything - and I feel bad!' she sobs.

'At 30 years old, I thought I'd be married with kids and I'm not. I failed at this,' she says. 'People change their minds, people make mistakes.'

On last week's episode of the E! show, Kim had her second revelation that she needed to end her marriage after meeting with medium John Edwards.

She then sobbed to 32-year-old Kourtney: ‘I don’t want to be married anymore.’

During the session Edwards asked if either of the sisters were divorced.

Kim replied: 'I’m divorced, I am. I mean I was married now but I was divorced before.'

She was referring to her first marriage; she was wed to record producer Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004.

The medium asked the reality star if she had learned from her divorce, claiming that is what her father wanted to know.

It was this line of questioning which upset Kim and she confided in Kourtney after the session about how she felt in her relationship.

She explained: ‘What was so crazy about that was when he was talking about the divorce stuff.

‘I honestly feel like I can’t do this anymore with Kris. I feel like I got into this way too fast. You know I’m not happy.'

'She told him how, where and when': Kim Kardashian 'planned Kris Humphries' marriage proposal'

He proposed in a blaze of romantic glory, spelling out the words 'will you marry me' in red rose petals, before producing a $2 million diamond ring.

But now it has emerged that Kris Humphries' televised proposal to Kim Kardashian was not all it seemed.

According to Radar Online, Kris has told his inner circle of trusted friends that Kim 'planned' exactly how he would pop the question.

'Kim told Kris how, where and when to propose, it was absolutely no surprise to her whatsoever," a source close to the situation told the website.

Kris apparently had wanted to propose to Kim in his home state of Minnesota, but ended up popping the question in the bedroom of her Los Angeles mansion.

The proposal, which took place last May, was captured on reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, shown last September.

The insider added: 'First of all, Kris proposed in the middle of the day, and he had to do that because it would create better lighting to capture the moment.

'Kim looked so surprised but she knew it was happening. She was in full hair and make-up, as she always is on the show.

The source said: 'Kim told him the paparazzi would ruin the special moment if it were to take place in a public setting, like the beach, which he had also considered. How romantic could it be with three camera crews?'

The proposal showed Kris painstakingly spelling out 'Will You Marry Me' in Kim's room.

Kim famously filed for divorce from Kris after just 72 days after their 'fairytale' California wedding which took place in August.

The latest allegation comes after reports surfaced that other elements in the hit reality show are staged.

But recent reports have alleged that the scene was actually shot in December and edited into the episode.

Photographs of the pair, taken on December 6, showed the pair leaving a TV studio, with Kim dressed in the exact same outfit, with the same hair style and earrings, as she is seen wearing in the scene supposedly shot in mid-October in Dubai.

Mother Kris was followed out of the studio by an assistant carrying the purple kaftan-style dress she is seen wearing in the back of the limo.

Radar has previously reported that Kim has full editorial control over what is aired on her reality shows.

'Kim was stunned by the amount of bad press and the public relations nightmare she has endured since deciding to file for divorce,' a source told Radar. 'Kim will be using the show to attempt to rehab her image.

'Kim has been telling her inner circle that she has worked very hard to get where she has, and she isn't going to let her marriage and subsequent decision to divorce Kris Humphries ruin that.'

Meanwhile, before last week's episode aired, Humphries sent out a cryptic tweet: 'I can’t wait for the truth to come out! People will be surprised or maybe they won’t. #FCC.'

The 31-year-old reality star concedes their relationship is fraught with problems in interviews to the cameras and admits to her mother she feels more herself when she is not with him.

Kim - who filed for divorce from the New Jersey Nets star after just 72 days of marriage - is also seen rowing with Kris after he jets off to Toronto with Scott Disick without telling her to party.

Sweet nothings: The basketball star was seen chatting with girls as he drank the night away

Kris misses repeated texts from Kim while downing shots and drinking, leaving his wife furious and culminating in a confrontation.

The 26-year-old sports star apologises, but it seems sorry is just not going to cut it with his reality star wife.

In the second episode aired on E! last night, Kim admits to her mother Kris Jenner that things are just not turning out how she expected.

They enjoyed a whirlwind romance getting married less than a year after they first met.

And just weeks after they became man and wife, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries agreed to try for a baby, just weeks before they split.

In tonight’s episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York the newlyweds were seen discussing their plans to expand their family, but it soon became clear they were on very different pages.


During on conversation the couple decided to start a family and initially both Kim and Kris were excited by the prospect.

Kim explained: ‘I feel like your life really stars when you start have kids.’

She was seen asking her basketball husband how he felt about starting a family and while he initially described the conversation as ‘weird’, he soon came around to the idea.


Serious stuff: Kris appears to be apprehensive about the discussion and at first doesn't appear to be on side


We're having a baby: The couple, who have now separated, were seen agreeing to start trying for a child


He told Kim: ‘Alright, let’s do it. I’m excited, I really want to.’

But just minutes later the couple were faced with the realisation that their ideas of how to raise a child differed greatly.

After speaking to her mother Kris Jenner, who told Kim she wasn’t ‘prepared’ to have children, the reality star confronted her husband about where he would want to live.

As the pair’s discussion began heating up it became clear that Kim had not factored in that she might have to reduce her work commitments should she fall pregnant.

Kris told her: ‘I think you need to cut out some of that stuff,’ he added ‘I am not having a nanny spend the majority of the time with our child.’

Speaking to the camera Kim told viewers: ‘ I can’t believe Kris would be expecting me to slow down.’

Kim left the lunch convinced she needed to wait before starting a family but Kris had other ideas after speaking to Scott Disick.

The sports star was seen sitting down with Scott as he was feeding Mason and Scott told him: ‘I never thought I would love fatherhood as much as I do.’

But the more Kris became excited about the prospect of becoming a father the more Kim was against the idea.

The show was filmed when Kris and Kim were still together, but just 72 days after their nuptials, Kim filed for divorce.

Kris is now seeking an annulment and last week he gave an awkward interview on Good Morning America, where he deflected questions about his estranged wife.
